💨 Abstract
In Himachal Pradesh, four students and a professor from a government college in Dharmshala were booked for allegedly pushing a 19-year-old Dalit student to death through ragging, caste slurs, and sexual assault. The student died on December 26 after prolonged illness, reportedly starting in September. The police are investigating, and the University Grants Commission has formed a fact-finding team.
