💨 Abstract
The Tripura government has directed traders to comply with the central government’s port restrictions on imports of certain goods, like readymade garments, from Bangladesh. This follows the central government's response to similar curbs imposed by Bangladesh. The restrictions do not apply to Bangladeshi goods transiting through India to Nepal and Bhutan.
