💨 Abstract

On May 13, security forces in Imphal arrested two individuals, Haobijam Khumarjit (45) and Haobijam Mangangcha Singh (41), for their alleged role in attacking an RSS office in November 2024. The attack occurred amid protests following the discovery of six abducted individuals, including three women and three children, who were killed by Hmar militants.
