In Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh, a man named Zulfikar and his son Rehan were arrested after an encounter with police. They are accused of murdering Zulfikar's 16-year-old nephew, Chand, whose body was found near a canal after he went missing. The arrest followed a shootout at a crossing, where Zulfikar and Rehan attempted to flee and opened fire on police. They were injured and hospitalized.
