💨 Abstract

By-elections commenced for four assembly seats in Punjab on November 20, with 6.96 lakh voters eligible to vote at 831 polling stations. Forty-five candidates, including three women, are contesting the by-elections, which were necessitated due to incumbent lawmakers being elected to the Lok Sabha.
