💨 Abstract

The Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation's workers' union has opposed the decision to privatize tourism units and instead urged for renovation and modernization to attract more tourists. The union claims that employees feel insecure due to uncertainty about which units will be privatized. Out of 55 units, 35 are consistently losing money, while some units are making marginal profits.
