Turkey's President Erdogan plans to gift a significant number of unspecified kamikaze drones to Albania, seen as a message of invincibility. The drones are loitering munitions that strike their targets on impact. Albania, a NATO member, has been upgrading its military following Russia's invasion of Ukraine. They already own a fleet of Turkish-made Bayraktar drones.
