At least 21 people died in an auto accident on a highway between Mexico's Oaxaca and Puebla states. The accident involved three vehicles, including a cement truck that burst into flames after hitting a bus and a van. The truck, attempting to overtake another vehicle, crossed into the opposing lane. This incident follows previous deadly accidents on remote, winding roads in Mexico.
