Ongoing attacks have disrupted essential services like water, electricity, and caused millions of children to live in fear. The situation is critical, with many children lacking safe water and sanitation, and schools and hospitals targeted. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has condemned Russia's latest attack on critical civilian infrastructure.
