A five-year-old boy died from burns sustained in a Ukrainian drone strike on a Kursk beach, bringing the toll to four. The regional governor, Alexander Khinshtein, announced the death, noting the boy suffered burns over 30% of his body. Earlier, three others, including a Russian National Guard member, were killed in the strike. Ukrainian officials have not commented on the incident. Nearby, Ukrainian forces previously launched an incursion into the Kursk region.
