Denmark is being accused of racial discrimination by the European Court of Justice (ECJ) over its policy of demolishing minority-heavy neighborhoods to promote integration. The policy, introduced in 2018, targets areas with over 50% immigrants and their descendants from non-Western countries, and involves tearing down social housing units to disperse residents.
