💨 Abstract

In Lebanon, 28 on-duty medics have been killed in the past 24 hours due to Israel's airstrikes and troop deployment against Hezbollah. This has caused many health workers to flee, limiting medical services. The World Health Organization (WHO) cannot deliver a planned shipment of medical supplies due to flight restrictions. WHO's representative in Lebanon reported that all killed healthcare workers were on duty, helping the wounded.
