Egypt has delivered a second batch of weaponry, including anti-aircraft guns and artillery, to Somalia via a warship, sparking further tension with Ethiopia. The move follows a joint security agreement between Egypt and Somalia, and a preliminary deal between Ethiopia and Somaliland over a port. Egypt has condemned the Somaliland deal, while Ethiopia has deployed troops in Somalia.
