💨 Abstract
Severe flooding in northern Bangladesh has resulted in property damage, loss of life, and extensive damage to the agriculture and fisheries sectors, affecting over 100 villages. The flooding has caused at least 12 deaths and resulted in losses of over 600 crore Bangladeshi Takas. The floodwaters have also led to a rise in waterborne diseases and a shortage of clean drinking water.
