Gabon held a referendum on a new constitution on Saturday, following a coup last year that ousted the Bongo dynasty. The new constitution limits presidents to two terms, removes the position of prime minister, and makes French an official language. The interim president, General Brice Oligui Nguema, is encouraging voters to approve the constitution.
