Immigrant rights advocates have accused the Trump administration of deporting around a dozen migrants from Myanmar and Vietnam to South Sudan, violating a court order. The judge in Boston had previously barred the administration from rapidly deporting migrants to countries other than their own without considering concerns of torture or persecution.
