đź’¨ Abstract
A federal judge ruled that the U.S. government violated his court order by attempting to deport migrants to South Sudan without proper notice. Judge Brian Murphy found that the administration's actions were "unquestionably violative" of his April injunction, which required migrants to have the opportunity to raise safety concerns before deportation. The administration accused Murphy of being a "far-left activist judge."
