đź’¨ Abstract
On January 5, an Israeli airstrike in Khan Younis, Gaza, killed at least two Palestinians, including a girl, and wounded four others, including children. The Israeli military stated the strike targeted a Hamas militant planning an attack. Since a U.S.-brokered ceasefire in October, Israel has conducted repeated strikes, claiming they prevent attacks or destroy militant infrastructure.
