Italy and the U.S. have signed an agreement to enhance the recovery of American military personnel who went missing in action during World War II in Italy. The memorandum, signed by Italy's culture ministry and the U.S. defence agency, aims to protect archaeological sites involved in the search efforts while honoring the fallen.
