đź’¨ Abstract
North Korea launched at least two ballistic missiles on Sunday, coinciding with South Korean President Lee Jae Myung's state visit to China and following U.S. actions in Venezuela. The launches, which flew about 900 km, were seen as a message to China and a display of North Korea's military readiness. Seoul and Tokyo condemned the launches, urging North Korea to cease provocative acts. The U.S. stated the launches did not pose an immediate threat.
