đź’¨ Abstract
Residents of Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir (PoJK) have appealed for the restoration of a health card program to improve their access to affordable medical care. The health card program is currently inactive, preventing residents from accessing medical treatment within PoJK and other provinces. The situation is particularly critical for those suffering from heart ailments, which affect over five percent of the population.
