💨 Abstract
The Kremlin announced on Thursday that Russian President Vladimir Putin does not currently plan to attend peace talks in Istanbul, though Russia's delegation is present and ready to meet with Ukraine. Putin's attendance is uncertain even if U.S. President Donald Trump attends, as the Ukrainian delegation has not yet arrived, said Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.
