Russian President Vladimir Putin met with North Korea's foreign minister, Choe Son Hui, in the Kremlin on National Unity Day. The meeting comes amidst Western concerns about potential North Korean troop involvement in the Ukraine war. The US claims North Korea has sent around 10,000 troops, with 8,000 in the western Kursk region, to aid Russia. Putin has neither confirmed nor denied this.
