💨 Abstract

Russian President Vladimir Putin hinted at potential territorial swaps in Ukraine but insisted on full control of the Donbas region. He discussed this with top businessmen, mentioning possible concessions outside Donbas. Ukrainian President Zelenskiy reported progress on a 20-point plan with the U.S., but disagreements remain over Donbas and the Zaporizhzhia nuclear plant. Putin also proposed joint Russian-U.S. management of the plant and discussed U.S. interest in crypto mining nearby.
