💨 Abstract

Russian drone attacks overnight damaged vessels in Ukraine's Odesa and Mykolaiv regions, as well as infrastructure in the northwestern Kovel railway station. The strikes caused power outages and damaged civilian warehouses but resulted in no casualties. Ukraine's deputy prime minister, Oleksiy Kuleba, stated that despite the attacks, Ukraine's logistics system remains operational.
