Russian President Vladimir Putin has issued a nuclear warning to the West, stating that Russia could use nuclear weapons if conventional missiles are launched against it from Ukraine, supported by a nuclear power. Putin also declared that any attack on Russia by a non-nuclear state with the participation or support of a nuclear state would be considered as a joint attack.
