đź’¨ Abstract
A Russia-bound oil tanker, Elbus, was attacked by a drone in the Black Sea, prompting it to seek Turkish coastguard assistance and change its course. The attack targeted the engine room, but no injuries or pollution were reported. The incident follows previous drone attacks on Russia-bound tankers in the region. The Elbus was en route from Singapore to the Russian port of Novorossiysk but diverted to the Turkish port of Inebolu.
