Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman will not attend the BRICS summit in Russia later this month, with the Kingdom instead being represented by its foreign minister. The summit, which includes nine of the ten BRICS member states, is a structure that cannot be ignored due to its significant global influence, accounting for 45% of the world's population, about 40% of oil production, and a quarter of global goods exports.
