💨 Abstract

Taiwan's Ministry of National Defense reported eight Chinese navy vessels operating around Taiwan on September 23. This follows the detection of seven Chinese military aircraft and six naval vessels in the same area from September 22 to 23. The increase in Chinese military activity around Taiwan has raised concerns among Taiwan and its allies, particularly the United States. Taiwan has fortified its defense and sought support from the United States, while China sees US defense support as interference.
