💨 Abstract

On Tuesday, Thailand ended its six-week search operation at the collapsed site of a partially constructed 30-story skyscraper in Bangkok, which collapsed during a March 28 earthquake, killing 96 people, including 89 recovered and 7 missing. The 7.7 magnitude quake, centered in Myanmar, was rare for Thailand, causing citywide panic. Investigations are underway into the building's collapse, with focus on construction irregularities and substandard materials.
