In Moldova, officials overseeing the presidential election's first round have been accused of corruption. The head of the Election Commission, Angela Caraman, announced that some officials, including chairpersons, secretaries, and clerks, will be replaced due to their involvement in corruption cases. Some of these officials have already been removed from electoral bodies ahead of Sunday's run-off vote.
