British Prime Minister Keir Starmer, at his Labour Party's annual conference, pledged that the cost of rectifying public finance shortfalls would be shared equitably. He stressed that all government policies would still be adequately funded, and warned against the risk of displaying to the world, as the Conservative Party has, that the country does not fund its policies.
