💨 Abstract
The United Nations has been granted permission by Israel to send around 100 aid trucks into Gaza. This follows a previously limited clearance of nine trucks, of which only five entered Gaza. The aid includes baby food and nutritional products for children. The UN has expressed concern about rising malnutrition rates in Gaza due to an 11-week Israeli blockade, warning that if food shortages continue, the situation could worsen significantly.
