💨 Abstract
The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) has initiated a comprehensive review of its 2025 social grant payment system. The review aims to address long-standing issues, such as network challenges, system glitches, and inadequate facilities for beneficiaries. The Department of Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation (DPME) is leading the project, which will examine the breakdown between SASSA and Postbank, and suggest improvements.
