Former South African police minister Bheki Cele was spotted enjoying a music event in Durban, dancing with his wife. The 73-year-old, known for his fedora hat, was seen at a DJ Shimza performance in September. Cele has been focusing on fitness and a healthier lifestyle since retiring, often visiting the gym and eating healthily. He was recently seen at a parliamentary committee meeting discussing police corruption.
