💨 Abstract
The ANC welcomed a court ruling confirming that anti-apartheid leader Chief Albert Luthuli was killed by apartheid police in 1967, overturning the earlier claim of a train accident. The KwaZulu-Natal High Court found evidence refuting the apartheid-era inquest, restoring Luthuli’s dignity and honoring those who suffered under apartheid.
