💨 Abstract

Cape Town has been named the "Best LGBTQ+ City Destination" at the 2026 SPARTACUS Travel Awards in Berlin. The city was recognized for its promotion of equality, diversity, and inclusive travel experiences. This accolade follows the city's annual Pride Festival and Mardi Gras parade. Cape Town will also host World Pride in 2028, an international LGBTQ celebration.
