💨 Abstract

The docuseries "Origin: The Story of the Basketball Africa League" will debut at the Toronto International Film Festival on September 8, 2025. Directed by Tebogo Malope and co-produced by Akin Omotoso, the series chronicles the inaugural season of the BAL, the NBA's first league outside North America.
