đź’¨ Abstract
In 2025, etiquette remains relevant but has evolved to fit a digital-first world. It now encompasses virtual interactions, such as Zoom meetings and social media conduct. South African etiquette blends Western norms with local traditions. Global changes and social media blur lines between cultures, enriching experiences but risking missteps. While traditional etiquette has relaxed in some settings, formal occasions still demand respect. Etiquette's online importance grows, demanding consideration of digital norms.
