đź’¨ Abstract
Three German tourists, aged 22-24, were rescued from Table Mountain after getting stranded during a hike. They started the India Venster trail but called for help as darkness and misty conditions set in. The hikers were well-prepared with warm clothing, food, and water. Wilderness Search And Rescue (WSAR) teams and SANParks rangers successfully guided them down the mountain despite poor visibility and strong winds.
