đź’¨ Abstract
South African National Parks (SANParks) has reminded the public that flying drones in any national park is illegal. The National Environmental Management: Protected Areas Act prohibits unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) without prior permission. Drones can disturb wildlife, disrupt visitor experiences, and infringe on filming rights. Violators face arrest and equipment confiscation. SANParks encourages reporting illegal drone activity and respecting these laws to protect wildlife and visitor experiences.
