💨 Abstract

Lucky Montana, a member of the MK Party, resigned from Parliament on December 1, 2025. He had informed the party leadership earlier in the year of his intention to step down. The MK Party acknowledged his service and contributions. Montana's resignation comes amidst a tax dispute with SARS, which is seeking to declare him insolvent. Previously, he served as PRASA's CEO and was involved in a controversial locomotive procurement scandal.
