💨 Abstract
Renowned Spanish chef Ángel León, known as the "Chef of the Sea," will open his first restaurant outside of Spain, Amura, at Cape Town's Mount Nelson in December. León, celebrated for his marine-focused cuisine and sustainable fishing practices, will blend Andalusian traditions with South African coastal ingredients. Amura will feature innovative dishes using local treasures like kelp and halophyte plants, with a design inspired by Cape Town's kelp forests.
