💨 Abstract

A state witness was fatally shot inside the Wynberg Magistrates' Court in Cape Town, South Africa on Tuesday. The victim, who sustained gunshot wounds, was declared dead at the scene. Police are investigating the motive and no arrests have been made. It is unclear how the gunman entered the court building with a firearm. Police have requested anyone with information to contact Crime Stop or use the MySAPS mobile application anonymously.
