A man, Johannes Tebogo Motse, was sentenced to six years in prison for posing as a legal practitioner and defrauding clients. Motse operated without registration, forged legal documents, and appeared in courtrooms, deceiving multiple clients. He was convicted of fraud, theft, forgery, and uttering. The court also imposed a two-year suspended sentence for theft, contingent on repaying R15,000 to a victim.
