💨 Abstract
Minister Ronald Lamola, as a special envoy for President Cyril Ramaphosa, visited Equatorial Guinea to address the ongoing detention of South African engineers Frik Potgieter and Peter Huxham, who have been held since February 2023. The families of the detained engineers expressed appreciation for the visit and urged continued diplomatic efforts to secure their release.
