💨 Abstract
South Africa will experience the Geminid Meteor Shower's peak on the night of December 13-14, 2025. This event is expected to be particularly spectacular, with up to 150 meteors per hour visible under dark skies due to a near-new Moon. The meteors will radiate from the constellation Gemini and will be visible from early evening, intensifying after midnight.
