A Johannesburg-based sponsorship agency, Mscsports, was named South Africa’s Best Place to Work for Employee Well-being at the 2025 Sunday Times Best Places to Work Awards. This recognition is based solely on anonymous employee feedback. The agency, which is 60% black female-owned, has maintained a 90% employee retention rate over the past two years by focusing on employee development and support.
