💨 Abstract
The Department of Mineral and Petroleum Resources announced fuel price increases for July 2025. Petrol 93 and 95 will rise by 55 and 52 cents per litre, respectively, while diesel prices will increase by 82 and 84 cents per litre. Illuminating Paraffin will also see a hike. The increase is due to higher Brent Crude oil prices, driven by Middle East tensions and a stronger rand.
