đź’¨ Abstract
Muizenberg beachfront upgrades have reached a significant milestone with the opening of improved beach access and a refurbished parking area. The St James Walkway and western parking area are now accessible to the public, featuring new kerbing, benches, and universal-access facilities. The project, which began in February 2025, is over 84% complete and aims to finish by mid-December. Ongoing work includes constructing new amenities and removing old seawalls.
